Coverage Details

  • Dwelling structures, business property, and loss of rents up to $1M per building and subject to aggregate (single event) maximums
  • Premises liability for the landlord, at $1M per occurrence
  • Medical Payments at $5k
  • “All Risk” coverage form (subject to policy exclusions)
  • Replacement cost coverage form

Key Highlights

  • Properties can be long-term rental dwellings, rehabs, or “Buy and Flip” investments
  • Dwelling structures up to 4-unit (quad-plex) are eligible
  • Coverage is available in all states, except Florida
  • Coastal locations (Tier 1) in AL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, and TX are not eligible. Coastal locations in other states should be referred to your underwriter

  • Per property, per occurrence Windstorm/Hail deductible options
    • 2%, 3%, 5%, and 10%
